Medical Device Manufacturing Facilities
Supporting rapid clinical builds, production subassemblies and finished
devices, Venture currently has two medical device manufacturing facilities tailored to the various
stages of development. Both facilities
are Class 10,000 CER (controlled environment room), ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
certified. Our Santa Clara facility is FDA certified. Venture's team of engineers,
technicians and regulatory experts
provide prototype and clinical product builds, product verification,
process validation builds and custom machine building.
Santa Clara, CA Facility – In addition to our 10,000 CER, the FDA
certified Santa
Clara facility is equipped with R&D labs for prototype development and
testing, as well as office space, a conference area, and in-house machine
shop.
Jiangyin, Jiangsu province, China Facility – 3000 square feet of
manufacturing space and 40+ assemblers. Venture Manufacturing Group takes
great care to ensure that outsourcing medical device manufacturing cuts
costs without sacrificing quality. All products manufactured at
either of Venture's facilities go through quality assurance testing at the
Santa Clara facility.
