Founders

• Karl Im is the President and CEO of Venture Manufacturing. Karl has over nineteen years of engineering experience and eleven years in the design and manufacture of medical devices. He has worked with several start-up medical device companies fulfilling all the key roles necessary for the development of medical device prototypes and production capabilities. He holds an MBA and BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Roger Perkins is the Section Manager for prototype development. Roger has worked in many medical start-up companies over the past fifteen years and has the reputation for successfully setting up and supporting these companies through start up phases. He is well versed in all facets of medical device manufacturing and possesses multiple skills that are crucial to start up companies. His skills include prototype development, equipment design, fabrication, facility installation, machining, catheter manufacturing, and various assembly technologies used in medical device manufacturing.
